The products are hand-made and painted-made as a result every product is an unique piece. This is the strength of hand-made objects. Therefore we trust in the customer’s awareness that items ordered will never be exactly like the samples (products could have slight chromatic and dimension variations compared to photos). We don't accept claims about this reason.

How much is the shipping?

Ricciardelli's ceramics can be sent all over the world. Shipping costs vary according to the weight of the parcel and are at the customer's expenses.

Privacy

The data given to subscribe an order will be used in conformity with art. 10 of the law n. 675 of 31/12/1996, which protect personal data, and they will be used only for the fulfilment of our commercial relationship, to give course to fulfilments of fiscal law and they will not be given to third ones.
